The Rotary Club of Gibsons is proud to present our 19th Annual Rotary Golf Tournament to be held on Saturday 23rd August 2025 at the Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club.  

The goal of the event is to raise funds for our Scholarships Fund while having a great day of golf followed by a great dinner.  Last year we were able to award Scholarships and Bursaries to a total value of $20000 to graduating students from Elphinstone Secondary School and The Alternative School.  We make a special point of making awards to Vocational and Trades Students, and we make a number of Academic awards also.

This website offers a convenient and secure way to record Registrations for Sponsors and Players.  We invite Sponsors and Players to enter details and make payment via this site.  You do not need to know the names of all players in a foursome to register - those details can be entered nearer the date of the tournament.

How do I Register as a Sponsor or Golfer?

Gold, Silver. Bronze, Hole and Contest Sponsors

To purchase a Gold or Silver Sponsorship package, which includes the entry fee for a foursome, please click the blue "Become a Sponsor" button. When entering your registration you will be prompted to enter players' names. You do not need to enter all the names at this stage, but you do need to enter one name with contact details. The system will reserve the places for you and you can return to the website nearer to the date of the tournament to enter names.  Please note that you can pay by card, by cheque or by e-transfer, but you do need to enter your contact details whichever method you choose. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer please select the "cheque" option, then send your e-transfer to treasurer.gibsonsrotary@gmail.com

Bronze Sponsors, Hole Sponsors and Contest Sponsors

All other Sponsors (Bronze Sponsors, Hole Sponsors, Contest Sponsors) whose sponsorship does not involve players, should also select the blue "Become a Sponsor" button.  This is where you will also find any other non-player tickets, eg Additional Dinner Tickets etc.

Foursomes and Individual Players

All Regular Foursomes and Individual Players should select the orange "Register Now" button above. See notes re Players' Names and payments above.
